Middle School
Middle School at CISP is from grades 7 through 8.  Middle school is a season of transition. As with all transitions, this time of change and growth is often challenging.  The teachers and staff members of CISP seek to provide quality content instruction, character development opportunities, and opportunities for students to apply their biblical knowledge in their daily life. Students generally have seven 45-minute classes each day, including the following core courses:
 
Grade 7: 
Science – Life Science 
English – Writing, Reading, and Grammar Practice
Mathematics – Prentice Hall, Course 2
Bible – An in-depth study of the books Judges, Luke, and Acts
Social Studies – A study of Eastern Geography and Culture 
 
Grade 8: 
Science – Earth Science 
English – Writing, Reading, and Grammar Practice
Mathematics – Prentice Hall, Pre-algebra or Algebra 1
Bible – Old Testament  Survey 
Social Studies – A study of Ancient Civilizations 
 
 
In addition to these core classes students attend Czech Language or English Language Learning (ELL) classes three times per week.  Students also have classes in Art, Music, Physical Education and Information Technology.
